Click the link below to access the the proposed Consent Decree for residents to read over before the February 28, Select Board Meeting to be held at the Mt View Complex. The agenda item for the meeting will be "consideration and vote on a proposed Consent Decree in the ongoing Beaver Ridge Road litigation, including an opportunity for public comment before the Select Board vote. The official meeting notice will be posted within the next few days.
