Select Board Meetings
First and Third Monday of every month at 6pm at Town Hall
Alternate Mondays there will be a Select Board Workshop at 7:30am at the town office.
When there is a legal holiday on Monday the meeting will occur on Tuesday of that same week.

The Cemetery Committee is purchasing a headstone and plaque in honor of Levi Temple (story below). Anyone interested in donating money to cover the cost of these is welcome to write a check to the Town of Freedom and put Levi Temple Memorial in the memo section of the check.

The Planning Board requests the public's feedback on their recently completed draft of a mobile home park ordinance, posted here. The Planning Board will consider any feedback received at their next regularly scheduled meeting. Their regularly scheduled meeting for June 10, 2025, is cancelled because of the election that night. The Select Board is currently accepting letters of interest from Freedom citizens interested in being on the following town committees and boards: Appeals Board, Planning Board and the Budget Committee. Letters of interest should be dropped off at the town office or emailed to selectmen@freedom.org
